Alabama Biscuits

Ingredients

• 2 c. flour
• 1 c. warm milk
• 1 T. baking powder
• 2 T. sugar
• 1/2 t. salt
• 1 pkg yeast
• 2 T. butter (melted)

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve yeast in warm milk.

Add other ingredients.

Knead dough a little more than for reg biscuits

Roll dough to 1/4" thickness

Brush with melted butter.

Fold over and brush again with melted butter.

Let biscuits rise for 1 hr.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min.
