SWEET POTATO BISCUITS

  • 2-1/2 c. Bisquick mix
  • 1/3 c. butter, softened
  • 1 c. mashed cooked sweet potato
  • 1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 450. Stir all ingredients until soft dough forms. Place dough on surface sprinkled with Biscuick mix; roll in mix to coat. Shape into a ball; knead 3 or 4 times. Roll ½” thick. Cut with 2-1/2” round cutter dipped in Bisquick mix. Place with edges touching on ungreased cookie sheet for 10-12 min.
