- 3 cups diced rhubarb
- 2 9-inch pie pastry (uncooked)
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt

Step 1
Mix sugar, flour, salt and eggs. Add diced rhubarb, crushed pineapples and turn into pie pastry. Cover with top crust and make small slits for steam to escape.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
