Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- Filling:
- 1 - 3 oz lemon jello
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pint whipping cream
Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
1. Combine all ingredients and spread over 9x13 pan
2. Bake crust for 10 min at 375
3. Cool
Filling:
1. Disolve jello in hot water and let cool
2. Cream the cheese and add sugar and vanilla. Blend
3. Add cooled jello and fold in the cream that has been whipped
4. Spread over cooled crust
