VANILLA BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

  • 3 C. confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp. whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together sugar and butter; mix on low until well blended and then increase speed to medium and beat for another 3 min. Add vanilla and cream and continue to beat on medium speed for 1 min more, adding more cream if needed for spreading consistency.
