Apple Cinnamon Ice Cream
- 3 egg yolks*
- 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups whipping cream, whipped
In a large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks until smooth; beat in EAGLE BRAND®sweetened condensed milk, applesauce and cinnamon until well blended.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into 9x5 inch loaf pan or other 2 quart container; cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
Return leftovers to freezer.
