ICE CREAM SANDWICHES

  • 1/2 c. corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 4 c. rice krispies
  • 1 pint ice cream, cut into 6 slices

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together corn syrup and peanut butter. Add rice krispies. Stir until well coated. Press mixture evenly in buttered 13x9 pan. Place in freezer until firm. Cut cereal mixture into twelve 3” squares. Sandwich each slice of ice cream between 2 squares. Freeze until firm.
