    T instant beef bouillon granules

    tsp dried thyme leaves

    C quick cooking barley

    C each frozen cut green beans and sliced carrots

Directions

Place beef pieces and cooking liquid, water, bouillon granules and thyme into large saucepan. Bring to a boil; add barley, green beans and carrots, stirring to combine. Return to a boil; reduce heat to low to medium-low, cover and simmer 12 minutes or until barley is tender. 4 servings
