Ingredients
- 1 thick-cut, bone-in ham steak (1-1/2 lbs)
- 2 T. butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 T. Bourbon
Preparation
Step 1
Pat ham dry with paper towels. Melt butter in Dutch oven over med. high heat. Cook ham until browned, about 3 min. per side. Transfer to plate and tent with foil.
Add sugar, mustard and bourbon to empty pot and cook over med. heat until sugar dissolves and glaze is thickened, about 3 min. Add ham and cook, turning occasionally, until glazed, about 2 min.
