Crystallized Rose Petals

So pretty on cakes, cupcakes & the like. Make sure the roses are organic raised w/o sprays, fertilizers or any chemicals!

Ingredients

• 1- 2 egg whites
• 1 cup Granulated sugar or more as needed
• 2-3 cups Rose petals cleaned picked & dried, pink is traditional but use the colors of your choice.

Preparation

Step 1

Whip egg whites lightly. Dip each petal in egg whites then in granulated sugar. Put petals seperatlely on parchment paper allow to dry & crisp. Seal & store airtight
