Ingredients
- 2 lb stew meat, cut in 1" pieces
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 1 pkg McCormick stew seasoning mix
- 3-4 red potatoes, peeled & diced into 1" cubes
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can purple hull peas
- 1 can lima beans
- 1 can VegAll
- 1 small can peas
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes
- Flour
- Vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1
In a large dutch oven, heat oil and add chopped onions. Cook 2-3 minutes. Lightly flour meat and add to pot. Cook until meat is done. Add seasoning mix, potatoes, and JUICE of all canned veggies. Cook 1 hour until potatoes are soft and stew is thickened. Add canned veggies and cook until warmed through.
