    c margarine

  • 1 1/2

    Cheese Whiz

  • 3/4

    c milk

  • s & p

  • 2

    eggs, beaten

Directions

sautee onion in 1 TBSP marg til translucent and tender combine mashed potatoes with remaining marg, cheese, milk, s&p, and cooked onion. place over low heat and stir until cheese and marg are melted fold in beaten eggs turn into greased 2 qt cass or souffle dish bake at 375 for 45 mins or until potatoes are puffed and brown
