Ingredients

  • 1/2 c butter
  • 2/3 c crushed saltine crackers
  • 1/4 c grated parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp each: basil, oregano, and salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lb white fish fillets

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Melt butter in 13 x 9 pan in oven. In 9 inch pie pan, combine cracker crumbs, parmesan, basil, oregano, salt, and garlic powder. Dip fish in butter and then in cracker mixture. Bake in 13 x 9 pan for 25-30 minutes.
