Ingredients
- Meat:
- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 onion
- 8 oz tomato paste
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 2 tblspn Sugar
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp accent seasoning
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Dressing: (recipe can be cut in half and makes plenty)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups mayo
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp accent
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- Salad Part:
- 1 . Lettuce (chopped)
- 2 . Tomtatos (diced)
- 3 . Onions (diced)
- 4 . Cheese (shredded)

Preparation
Step 1
Meat:
1. Brown mean and onion together. Drain grease and add: tomato paste, tomato sauce, 3 - 8 oz water, sugar, minced garlic, accent seasoning, oregano, chilli powder, and salt.
2. Simmer for approx 40 minutes and cover.
3. Add 1/2 cup minute rice and simmer until done.
Dressing:
1. Mix cream cheese, mayo and buttermilk together.
2. Mix balance of ingredients with above mixture.
To make:
Take bag of fritos and mash up. Put on plate. Top with meat and sprinkle with cheese. Add diced tomatos, onions, lettuce and dressing or salsa.
