Ingredients

  • Meat:
  • 2 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 onion
  • 8 oz tomato paste
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 tblspn Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp accent seasoning
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Dressing: (recipe can be cut in half and makes plenty)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups mayo
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp accent
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • Salad Part:
  • 1 . Lettuce (chopped)
  • 2 . Tomtatos (diced)
  • 3 . Onions (diced)
  • 4 . Cheese (shredded)

Preparation

Step 1

Meat:

1. Brown mean and onion together. Drain grease and add: tomato paste, tomato sauce, 3 - 8 oz water, sugar, minced garlic, accent seasoning, oregano, chilli powder, and salt.

2. Simmer for approx 40 minutes and cover.

3. Add 1/2 cup minute rice and simmer until done.


Dressing:
1. Mix cream cheese, mayo and buttermilk together.

2. Mix balance of ingredients with above mixture.

To make:
Take bag of fritos and mash up. Put on plate. Top with meat and sprinkle with cheese. Add diced tomatos, onions, lettuce and dressing or salsa.
