Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked diced chicken
- 4 oz. thin spaghetti, cooked
- 1/4-1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1/4 c. whipping cream, whipped
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Place spaghetti in buttered 2 qt. casserole. Spread chicken over spaghetti. Sprinkle with the toasted almonds.Combine soup, Worcestershire sauce, nutmeg, mayonnaise, sherry and whipped cream. Pour over casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
