BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIE MIX

  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1-1/2 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together flour, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside. Layer ingredients in order given in wide mouth canning jar. Add the flour mixture last. Attach directions to the jar:

Empty jar of cookie mix into large mixing bowl. Add ¾ c. butter or margarine, 2 eggs and 2 tsp. vanilla. Mix until completed blended. Spread batter into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 2 doz. brownies.
