  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 sm box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Step 1

Mix corn and eggs. melt butter and add corn mix. Add sour cream and Jiffy mix. Combine well. Bake in a 2-qt casserole dish 1 hr and 15 minutes in 350deg oven.
