The Funble (Rootbeer) Jello Shot

Ingredients

  • 4 Envelopes Knox Unflavored Gelatin
  • 3 cups Root Beer
  • 1 cups Vanilla Vodka
  • Whipped Cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold root beer in a saucepan; let stand for 1 minute. Heat root beer/gelatin mixture to a low simmer until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 mins.

2. Off the heat, stir in the vanilla vodka. Pour mixture into individual shot glasses. Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours. Top each shot with a dollop of whipped cream.
