Ingredients

  • 3 whole chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
  • 1/4 c salad oil
  • 1/4 c wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried tarragon, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced

Step 1

Place chicken in a heavy plastic bag; set bag in a shallow dish. In a jar with a tight fitting lid combine salad oil, vinegar, sugar, dry mustard, salt, pepper, tarragon, rosemary, and garlic. Cover chicken with marinade. Marinade overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
