Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 4 ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to a simmer, whisking until all lumps dissolve.
Remove from heat, add the 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips and stir until the chocolate melts.
Let cool for 5 minutes, then pour into an ice cube tray and freeze.
