Ingredients
- Mint layer:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 c sugar
- 1/4 c butter or margarine (softened)
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c Hershey's syrup
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 1/2 c butter/margarine
- 1 T water
- 1/2 t mint extract and
- 3 drops green food color
- Chocolate Topping:
- 6 T butter
- 1 c Hershey's mint choc chips or choc chips

Preparation
Step 1
-grease 9x13 pan
-beat flour, sugar butter, eggs and syrup until smooth
-pour into pan
-bake 25-30 minutes until top springs back when lightly touched (top may still appear wet)
-cool completely
-combine ingredients for mint layer
-spread mint cream layer on cake and chill
-in a small microwave bowl combine the topping ingredients and heat until melted and mixture is smooth
-pour topping over dessert
-cover and chill
