This Grilled Flat Iron Steak is a simple recipe, yet tasty meat, and recipe can be used with Flank Steak also, just reduce cooking time by 1 min each side.
In this recipe the simpler the better!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Lb Flat Iron Steak or
- 1 - 2 lb Flank steak
- Olive oil
- Coarse Salt
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Rub Olive Oil all over the meat and Salt and Pepper it.
Set aside
Heat either Gas BBque, Weber, or Stove Top Griddle till water sizzles,
Grill Meat 5 min per side for Flat Iron Steak, or 4 miin per side for Flank Steak. Remove from heat and cover for 10 min with foil.
Carve on the bias, thin slices, and serve with Rice(?) and Vegetable
