Ingredients

3 or 4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 to 3 c. milk
1/2 t. vanilla
dash nutmeg (for topping)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except nutmeg.

Pour onto the pie shell.

Sprinkle nutmeg over egg mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min.

Then reduce to 350 degrees for abt 1 hr or till the center of pie becomes solid.
