Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen corn
- 1/2 cup of mayo
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- chopped red bell pepper
- jalapenos to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Sautee corn and red bell in a little olive oil. Mix in the mayo,and cheese. Add the chopped jalapenos. It is best if refrigerated overnight. Sprinkle of paprika on top.
