Ingredients

  • For extra flavor salad:
  • 2 tblsp flour
  • 2 tblsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 5 lb bag red potatos
  • 1 pack bacon
  • 1 . Celery
  • 2 . Parsely
  • 3 . Green pepper
  • 4 . Tyme
  • 5 . Basil
  • 6 . Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut bacon into pieces and cook
2. Save bacon greese (if doing a full pack of bacon, save at least half)
3. Add flour, sugar, vinegar, and water to bacon greese
4. Stir on medium heat until smooth and creamy
5. Pour over potatos
6. For extra flavor, add: celery, parsely, green pepper, tyme, basil, and pepper
