Ingredients
- Tomato sauce ( or Tomato paste if you want it more of a bisque).
- Add milk till you get a consistency you want.
- You can also add a can of diced tomatoes to make it have more texture.
- Add basil to taste

Cook on stove top until desired consistency reached. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.
