Lemon-Crab Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta
- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 pound cooked crab
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- Chopped parsley

Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to boil and add pasta. Heat olive oil in big skillet, stir in crab and warm through. Pour in wine and bring liquid just to a boil. Turn heat way down and stir in lemon juice and good amount of salt & pepper. As soon as pasta is al dente, drain reserving about 1/2 cup pasta water. Pour pasta into skillet and toss in Parmesan and big handful of chopped parsley. If pasta needs more liquid, add some of the reserved pasta water. Serve with Parmesan.
