Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy p-butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 squares semisweet choc. melted
- 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 325-mix p-butter, sugar, and egg and fridge for thirty minutes-roll into balls and place on ungreased sheet and crisscross with fork
bake 18-20 minutes, cool 5 min and remove from sheet
dip each end of cookie into choc and peanuts
