123 Short Dough (Cookie/tart)
- Sugar 5 1/4 ounces
- Butter, room temp 10 1/2 ounces
- Eggs 2 ounces
- Pastry flour 1 pound
- Test, test
In mixer, cream butter and sugar until very light, approximately five minutes.
Add eggs gradually on low speed.
Add flour and salt and mix on low until dough forms.
Cover with plastic and refrigerate for at least an hour.
