Stone Ground Grits

Ingredients

  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup NORA MILL 100% stone ground grits

Preparation

Step 1

Add salt and butter with water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in the grits and return to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally. Add a little extra water if needed. Serve with extra butter and grated cheese.
