Roasted Garbanzo Beans

Ingredients
- 1 15 - 16 ouncecangarbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed and drained
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Pinch paprika
- 1 tablespoon finely snipped Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
- Pinch coarse sea salt

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a medium bowl combine garbanzo beans, oil, hot pepper sauce, the 1/4 teaspoon salt, the black pepper, and paprika. Spread in an even layer in a 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Roast about 30 minutes or until browned and crisp. Cool for 5 minutes.
2. Toss with parsley and the pinch salt
