Ingredients
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chives
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 fennel bulb, sliced
- 1 cup Queso Fresco Cheese, cut into cubes
Preparation
Step 1
Cheese:
Preheat oven to 500F. Spread out the cubes of chess on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Grill in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
Fennel:
Preheat oven to 450F.
On a parchment-lined baking sheet, mix all the ingredients together except the cheese. Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until fennel is tender and caramelized. Serve with the grilled Queso Fresco.
