Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 c crushed cornflakes
  • 2 2 2 t sugar
  • 1 1 1 t paprika
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 t seasoned salt
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 t garlic salt
  • 2 2 2 large sweet onions
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 c egg substitute

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Set aside. Cut onions into ½ inch thick slices. Separate into rings, reserving the small rings for another use. Beat
Egg beaters until frothy. Dip onion rings into egg, then crumb mixture, coating well. Place in a single layer on baking sheet coated with spray. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
