Ingredients
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Italian Dressing
- A drizzle of balsamic vinegar
- 1 T olive oil
- 1-2 lbs. pork tenderloin
- apricot preserves for serving
Preparation
Step 1
In a gallon ziplock bag combine dressing, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Add pork and refrigerate overnight.
Grill until internal temperature reaches 150. Let sit 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve with apricot preserves.
