Slow Cooker Caramelized Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low sodium/lite soy sauce, optional Tamari
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1/2- 1 cup of vegetable or chicken stock

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all of the ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low heat for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender and caramelized. Serve with your favorite vegetables.
