Ingredients
- 2 packages country ribs (6 to 8 ribs in each)
- 1 large onion
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed down)
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown ribs in oil on both sides.
Blend sauce ingredients and pour over drained ribs. Place in a covered casserole and bake for 2 1/2 hours.
Serve with noodles and veggie of choice.
