Step 1
1) Put the eggs in pot and cover with water until 1 in. above eggs
2) Put on stove on medium high heat
3) As SOON as that water starts to really boil (not just a few bubble), turn the stove off
4) Set timer for 10 mins
5) Remove eggs from pot and put in cold water
6) Let sit for 5 minutes OR - store in the fridge, but use within a few days as they go bad faster than uncooked eggs.
