Dessert Cups

Ingredients

• 1 - Pillsbury® Ready to Bake Refrigerated Sugar Cookies 16 oz (24 ct)
• Strawberry Jelly or Preserves
• Cream Cheese frosting (ready made any brand)
• Pecans or any other nuts you may like(garnish)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degrees, spray mini cupcake pan with cooking spray and place a ready to bake cookie in each cup and bake for 15-20 min.

Take cookies out of oven and use large wooden handle and press down (lightly) the middle of each cookie and let cool completely in pan.

Once cool use a teaspoon and spread frosting in cookie cups next use a teaspoon and spoon in jelly/preserves, then sprinkle pecans and enjoy!!!
