CHERRY CHEESE SALAD
Just right for a ladies meeting or a club get-together. Serve with rolls. A creamy lemon top layer over a red base.

Ingredients
- 3 oz. raspberry flavored gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 19 oz. cherry pie filling
- 3 oz. lemon flavored gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 cup whipping cream (or 1 env. topping)
- 1-1/2 cups small white marshmallows
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve raspberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in pie fillinig. Pour into 9x9 inch pan. Chill until almost set then pour on next layer.
Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water. Set aside.
Have cream cheese at room temperature. Beat cheese and mayonnaise together in small bowl. Mix in dissolved lemon gelatin. Stir in pineapple with juice. Chill until syrupy.
Whip cream until stiff. Fold into lemon gelaatin. Add marshmallows and fold in. Pour over cherry layer. Sprinkle nuts over top. Chill.
Serve on shredded or leaf lettuce.
