Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats, uncooked
- 3/4 cup + 1 T. packed light brown sugar, divided
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 3/4 cups M&M minis
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 2 T. cornstarch
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 13x9x2" baking pan; set aside. In large bowl combine flour, oats, 3/4 cup sugar and butter; mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture for topping. Stir 1/2 cup M&M minis into remaining crumb mixture; press into prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes. Cool completely. In large bowl beat cream cheese until light and fluffy; gradually mix in condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla until smooth. Pour evenly over crust. In small bowl combine remaining 1 T. sugar, cornstarch and cranberry sauce. Spoon over cream cheese mixture. Stir remaining 1 1/4 cups M&M minis into reserved crumb mixture. Sprinkle over cranberry mixture. Bake 40 minutes. Cool at room temperature; refrigerate before cutting. Store in refrigerator in tightly covered container.
