Ingredients
- 3/4 cup classic caesar dressing or caesar italian dressing divided
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in strips
- 1 package (10 ounces) mixed or romaine salad greens
- 1 cup seasoned croutons
- 1/2 cup shredded or 100% grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat 1/4 cup of the dressing in skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 8 minutes or until cooked through.
Toss greens, croutons, cheese and chicken in large salad bowl with remaining 1/2 cup dressing.
Serve with fresh lemon wedges and fresh ground pepper, if desired.
