Ingredients

  • 16 oz. macaroni, cooked
  • 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 C. frozen peas
  • 1 can French style green beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can cooked carrots, rinsed and drained
  • 1 C. celery, diced
  • 1 sm. onion, diced
  • 1 sm. green bell pepper, diced
  • Dressing
  • 3/4 C. evaporated milk
  • 2 C. mayonnaise
  • 2/3 C. sugar
  • 1 Tbs. mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl.
Then, in smaller bowl, place dressing ingredients, and stir well, until sugar is dissolved.
Pour on top of macaroni mixture and stir until just combined.
Chill before serving.
