Pistachio Pudding Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 20 oz cans crushed pineapple, not drained
  • 1 13 1/2 oz container cool whip
  • 2 c miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Stir the pudding mix right out of the box into the pineapple and juice. Stir to blend. Let thicken slightly. Fold thawed cool whip and marshmallows into the pineapple mixture. Let chill until serving time.
