  • 6 russet potatoes
  • 2 TBL EVOO
  • coarse salt

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 425
peel one long side of each of 6 russet potatoes
thinly slice each crosswise, cutting only 3/4 of way through, keeping bottoms (unpeeled portions) intact
brush slice portions of potatoes w/ 2 TBL EVOO
season w/ coarse salt

bake on baking sheet in lower third of oven until tender & slightly golden, abt 1 hr, 5 min
