Slow Cooker Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups milk (any variety)
  • 2/3 Cup white sugar
  • 1/2 Cup small pearl tapioca (not instant)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  • 2 Cups milk (any variety)
  • 1/3 Cup white sugar
  • 1/4 Cup small pearl tapioca (not instant)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 eggs, lightly beaten

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat eggs then add to the milk, sugar, vanilla, and tapioca.

2. Cover and crock on HIGH 3 hours, or on LOW for 6 hours.

3. Make sure to stir often while cooking.
