Ingredients
- 4 Cups milk (any variety)
- 2/3 Cup white sugar
- 1/2 Cup small pearl tapioca (not instant)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten

- 2 Cups milk (any variety)
- 1/3 Cup white sugar
- 1/4 Cup small pearl tapioca (not instant)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 eggs, lightly beaten
Preparation
Step 1
1. Beat eggs then add to the milk, sugar, vanilla, and tapioca.
2. Cover and crock on HIGH 3 hours, or on LOW for 6 hours.
3. Make sure to stir often while cooking.
