Ingredients
- 1 Pack Strawberry Daquiri Jello
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Cake Vodka
- 1 Pack Pina Colada Jello
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Whipped Vodka, whipped cream flavored
Preparation
Step 1
1. The Red Layer: Boil 1 cup water. Add the jello to the boiling water, stir until dissolved. Mix the vodka with a 1/2 cup cold water, stir slightly. Wait for jello mixture cools slightly, then stir in the cold water and vodka mixture. Pour into 1oz jello shot cups, about 2/3 the way full. Chill in the fridge (or freezer for a quicker set, but keep an eye on them)
2. The White Layer: Boil 1 cup water. Add the jello to the boiling water, stir until dissolved. Mix the vodka with a 1/2 cup cold water, stir slightly. Wait for jello mixture cools slightly, then stir in the cold water and vodka mixture. Once the red layer has set and the white layer has cooled to room temperature, gently pour the white layer overtop the red layer.
3. Place back in the fridge until firm, keep chilled until ready to serve. When ready to serve, shoot some whipped topping (optional).
