Pickled Onions

Ingredients

  • 1 tea. olive oil
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tea. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In medium non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium. Add onion and cook 1 minute. Add sugar and cook until dissolved. Add vinegatr and salt and pepper.

Transfer onion mixture to a small bowl.
