- 8 oz vegan cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup vegan butter (earth balance)
- 1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
- pinch of salt

In a bowl, cream together the cream cheese and the vegan butter. Add the sugar, spices and vanilla extract, and beat the mixture until fluffy and smooth. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour before using.
