Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups nut milk
- 1 tbsp agar flakes (pwd 2x stronger)
- 1 tbsp arrowroot (healthier cornstarch)
- 1/3 cup unrefined sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
Place almond milk and sugar into a pot. Whisk in arrowroot and agar. Bring to a boil and let simmer for a few minutes, stirring frequently. Once the mixture visibly thickens, take off of heat and add extract. Strain through a fine sieve. Lightly oil ramekins and pour warm liquid in. Let sit in fridge for a fw hours until set.
