Ingredients
- 6 TOMATOES WITH TOPS SLICED OFF
- 1 CUP SHREDDED ITALIAN 6 CHEESE BLEND
- 1 CUP PLANKO BREAD CRUMBS
- 2 TSP. ITALIAN SEASONING
- 2 TSP. OLIVE OIL
- 1/2 TSP. GROUND BLACK PEPPER
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350deg F. In a medium bowl mix together the planko bread crumbs, Italian 6 cheese blend and Italian Seasoning.
2. Arrange tomatoes in a casserole dish and top with bread crumb mixture. Sprinkle with black pepper.
3. Bake 15 minutes. change setting to broil.
4. broil until the cheese gets brown and bubbly (approximately 5 minutes.)
Refrigerate any leftovers. Serves 6
